"The New Neighbor" is marketed as a thriller, from its placement in bookstores to the language on the back jacket.
It isn't.
It's a mixture of several books I've read before, with not a lot new to say. There isn't much in the way of plot (it is a story about relationships vs. actions), and only one of the characters really stood out to me.
