I never went through a horse girl phase, but I couldn't help but fall in love with Sarah's love for her horse, and the beautiful relationships the characters have. JoJo Moyes sure knows how to tell a story!

I really wanted to like this book. I love horses and train horses for a living. I hated the characters. They weren’t relatable or at all likable. I stopped reading half way through. If you’re forcing yourself to read it, hoping to form a genuine connection with a character, it’s time to move on!
