Personally found the audio transcriptions difficult to get into as storytelling medium. Also found it slightly confusing, may have been storytelling format plus parallel storylines…unlike others I appreciated the change in medium towards the end.

Loved this book on every page turn! It’s multiple mysteries inside 1 book, found it easy to follow along and now get mixed up in the different parts of the story! Looking forward to reading many of her other books!
Really struggled with this in comparison to The Appeal - didn’t engage with the characters.
I’m not fully sure how to rate this book, but I’m giving it three stars because it’s one of the most unique books I’ve read and has an absolutely insane ending.
I was really expecting more from this, but unfortunately I found the format extremely hard to get into and felt like the book absolutely dragged for the first 3/4 of the book. All of this made the book very confusing and difficult to get through. HOWEVER, I absolutely devoured the last 1/4 of this book and can’t even fathom how a person could come up with something so complex.
Overall, I’m not sure that I’d recommend this book given how slow and confusing it is for the majority of the time, but the ending definitely helps make up for a lot of this.
