This book hit incredibly close to home. Not only was it wonderfully written, but anybody who owns a dog can relate. I have never cried over a book before until now. I would definitely recommend this book to others!
I liked that it’s not just about a dog; it’s about partnership, growing, aging, and getting the most out of life. It simultaneously made me not want a dog and long for a dog.

Simple and easy read. Would I read it again? Probably not. But it was a fun, emotional book surrounding mans best friend.
Get the tissues!! For anybody with fur babies, live a life of a wonderfully naughty dog.
I really liked this book. As a dog owner who has a dog with a bit of Marley in him it hit close to home. Be ready to laugh and cry.
This book is a must read for anyone with a dog, especially a crazy dog with ADHD like we have. Marley could be Charlie, although perhaps Charlie has not cost us as much money, just time dog proofing the house and getting him back in the yard after he's jumped the fence to great others. It was a touching, funny, heart warming story about a family and their dog and I loved it!
I cried and smiled so much in this book! For ever one of my favorites!
This one is just good for a cute boost. Just make sure you have your pets with you at the end. I smothered my poor beasts with attention after I finished the book.
