I enjoyed reading this adaptation and seeing the characters in a visual medium. I love Jason Grace and also Leo Valdez

Just as hard to get through as the book. Also did not like the illustrations.

Never was a fan of the lost hero but it is better a second time around.

Perfect for fans of Percy Jackson. The artist captured everything perfectly and I wish the other books were made into graphic novels so I could binge all of them. This is one of the first graphic novels I have read and it was so perfect I want to read more graphic novels. So much quicker than reading the books, but gave you a similar experience. Totally going to get my hands on The Lightning Theif to see Percy.
The art was stunning and the storyline was 100% accurate, so 100 recommend from me.

Almost all of Rick Riordan's book make it onto my favorites list, but this graphic novel version fell short of my expectations. It just didn't do his story justice. Too many details were cut or changed probably in order to make the graphic novel one volume. I suppose they weren't necessary to the story, but it's the details that really make a story great, and this version of the Lost Hero was only "ok".

That being said, I highly recommend it if this version is read before the novel. That way readers can really enjoy the story and art without feeling like they're missing anything, and the novel can be a fun way to dive more deeply into this world.

pretty good. the art was okay (but I have to say, they did Thalia dirty as hell)
I liked the way they drew Piper, but I was kinda angry cause Leo just wasn't giving like he was in the books.

also for people who have finished The Trails of Apollo, I genuinely got so sad because I remember the first time I met
Jason
and I was honestly not a fan, but now I feel so bad about it.

anyway would recommend :)

I love the story, but the art is horrible. Whoever decided to approve this art should be fired.
