I thought I could burn through this as a chance to tackle my physical tbr, but the reality is that I’m just done with Colleen Hoover. I’m not interested in her brand of emotional manipulation right now, and even though this may be the most mature book she’s written, it’s still too much for me. And I can’t get over the fact that in the first 40 or so pages, I got the entire conflict. What else was there to struggle through for the next couple hundred? I just know it would’ve felt drawn out and contrived, and I’m not in the headspace for that right now. Well, at least I can say I tried?

Wow what a read feels like I've been a fly on the wall in this relationship. Told between now and then alternate chapters we see how grahams and quinn relationship develops from it's unexpected start to it's ups and downs. Fertility, relationships and understanding are at the heart of this read. A little repetitive in places but I was entriged to see how things unfurled.
