I expected this would make me cry, but it didn't. I did cheer for the characters, but I didn't connect to any of them individually. I also felt like too much time was spent focusing on them fighting and miscommunicating rather on their struggles and grief.

This may be my absolute favorite CoHo book so far. The way that she writes the story line, the characters, their issues, they’re all just so raw and real. This book has made me cry the hardest out of all of the books by Colleen I have read so far.
I loved the way that she wrote the book with then and now, but it definitely threw me on an emotional rollercoaster. I think that the idea of the then and now chapters made the book so much better though, as you see the way Quinn and Grahams relationship unfolds and develops.
I think the whole storyline was absolutely amazing, and there wasn’t a better way this book could have ended.
