I went into this book blindly and I really liked it… I wasn’t expecting anything and I didn’t know what was gonna happen.
I appreciate the realness of the plot even though it’s fiction, many women struggle with the same thing that the mc was going through so I appreciate how it ended and overall showing  her thought process.
I loved Graham more than anything and how invested he really was in the relationship, makes me wonder if that type of love really exists, as strong and powerful as you can tell he feels it. He fell first and he fell harder, idk I love him I want one for myself :).

I was tossing up between whether this was a 3.5 or a 4 star book for me, but when I look at the other books I have given 3.5 stars to I do think overall this book was better (in some ways) and I think it covers an important topic that needs to be depicted more in media so it deserves some extra points for that in my eyes.
While this book is far from perfect, and technically it had a couple rough patches in the first 1/2 of the book that I found really jarring and pulled me out of immersion into the story. I also found some of the dialogue to be a weird choice, but could get behind most of considering what headspace the two main characters were in. I do think Colleen Hoover did an amazing job of creating two fully fleshed out characters that I personally thought went beyond the labels of good, bad and grey and just felt completely human. We saw so many sides of them and the journey that had got them there. Everything that happened felt like something I could see myself or a friend doing/saying if they were going through similar circumstances.
I also appreciated that this infertility story didn't end up with a miracle pregnancy, because as Quinn states herself they are rare and more women having infertility problems wont end up with that ending.  It's important to see people coming to terms with their life being different than what they had planned but being able to still have a happy life even though its different.

This book left me empty, happy, confused and relieved but it mostly made me cry and sob till there is no tomorrow. My mood reading this can be easily described as 📈📉📈📉📈📉. I love Quinn with my whole heart, she is so strong and I got so attached to her. I love this book even though it made me a wreck. Marriage life was portrayed beautifully with its problems and imperfections. It was realistic and I'm so glad that the book ended the way it did.

I really loved this book! It was such a raw and honest view on a failing marriage and issues that plague people in everyday life. The characters are so loveable and hateable at the same time. You want to root for them and scream at them all in the same breath. The plot develops really well, with a real and awesome HEA.
