This was my first CoHo read and I loved it!
It tackles the issue of infertility  with sensitivity, honesty and care.
The characters Quinn and Graham were lovable and I loved reading the ‘now’ and ‘then’ parts of their story, giving a greater context to their relationship.

The author could have wrapped the book up with the perfect happy families ending, but I love that it was more realistic and sensitive to the struggle of infertility, it doesn’t always end with a baby and that’s ok, though painful. I love that for Quinn and Graham their love for each other was enough! 💕

This is my second CoHo book and at this point I'm convinced I will love every single one she's written. One of my fears for my own relationship is the possibility that if my partner and I decide we do want kids, that I wouldn't be able to have them. I know that we would likely be okay if I can't, but the fear is still there. This book is hard to read, but not as hard as It Ends With Us (iykyk). It's beautifully written, and has a beautiful ending. I know a lot of people don't like this book as much as her others, but I can't imagine why. Maybe because this is a harsh reality for a lot of AFAB people. But this book, along with her others, is clearly impactful.

This book was such an amazing read. Colleen Hoover did the feeling of depression so well in this book and I was very happy with the ending.

This book absolutely broke me and put me back together. Honestly I knew that infertility was a terrible thing but this book gives you such a different perspective on how it affects the relationship and the person mentally. This was my first CoHo book and I absolutely loved it the writing was INSANE because of how good it was and I would probably not read again so I don’t have to go through that pain.

When graham cheated on Quinn and Quinn had a miscarriage and hysterectomy that very night I literally couldn’t take it! I didn’t cry BUT THAT WAS A LOT OF DAMAGE. The amount of hope Quinn had when she found out she was pregnant to finding out she will never be pregnant again brings this pain to the heart and really gives you another perspective on this sensitive topic.
