this was a nice surprise, I didn’t think I would like this since I didn’t enjoy the other one I read before (Hunting of Ashburn House) but yeah this was really good and creepy.

This had all the vibes of the film, The Visit, but I wanted more creepy old people than ghosts. It did have a good reveal that I didn't see coming. Not a new favorite but still a quick fun read.

Interesting with a fatal flaw

Interesting story with a good twist. However, I could not stop thinking of the 2015 movie "The Visit" the similarities are uncanny.

I really enjoyed this short novel by Darcy Coates, she is one of my favorite authors at the moment.

If your looking for a haunting thriller that is a quick read grab this. The copy I got also had three short stories at the end.

Tara and Kyle go stay with their grandparents after their mother is in a horrible accident. But was it an accident and what is going on inside the walls of the Folcroft house. Filled with spooky moments this book takes a dark turn into family lies and secrets hidden within the rooms of the house.
