Read if you like: Casper, Royal romances, political intrigue, he falls first, prophecies, touch her and die. 

3.75 stars rounding up to 4, and I only ever use whole star rating and this book made me decide to start using the quarter stars. The premise of the book? Phenomenal. The magic system?
