The gist 📚: Julie, a sweet werewolf barista who experiences frequent crippling panic attacks, meets one of her girlfriend's friends when they get together to hang as a trio. Unfortunately for Julie, their hangout styles are entirely different and she wants to return to more familiar scenes. Her reluctance might put stress on her romance! 

For readers looking for 💕: adorable art and loveable characters, bipoc representation, LGBTQ+ representation, a character struggling with anxiety, a compelling story about the nuances of romantic relationships, and an all-ages fantasy read. 

My thoughts 💭: I think this one has been my favorite volume so far. I also love the whimsical shots we get of the mermaid city!
