Many characters involved and all could have done it but in th  end it was one forgotten. The transition from chapter 33 to 34 was terribly well written. Heartrate went up too much.

I adore this series. I love the characters, and the story always hooks me from the beginning. Looking forward to another one hopefully.

This is lacking a lot of the archaeological information seen in the previous books, however it is more so focused on Ruth’s relationships with Cathbad and Kate. This does make for a nice change!
