This was my first classic, and honestly.. not sure I loved it.
The writing was good but the pacing was crazyyy,

I was really disappointed that we didn’t see dorian’s descent into immorality, there was just a massive time jump after he did one bad thing??

and really felt all over the place. I kinda knew what was going to happen from the start, but idk if that was bc it was predictable or I’d just heard about it over the years.
I feel bad bc it’s my mum’s and sister’s fave, but I’m not sure it was for me.
