Well Molly Harper did it again. She has me wanting to go back and binge listen to Mystic Bayou. It is a wonderful series.
One Fine Fae was a quick fun listen. I do wish it was longer, but that is my greed for all things Molly Harper narrated by Amanda Ronconi. I cannot imagine how strange it was to see The Stork RV pull up into the town square during a celebration. It only got better from there.

This is a quick novella listen/read. We meet a new character, Charlotte, as she arrives in Mystic Bayou to help Jillian with a...personal thing. (If you've read the series, you know. But I don't want to ruin it for those who haven't listened/read yet.) When she arrives she sees a man she's drawn to, and how he trips and narrowly misses knocking down the pie pyramid at the wedding. There's something about him, a curse. But she's also attracted to him.
This is a quick story where we learn more about Leonard. I some how missed he had a family curse on him in the previous books. But nice Leonard finds a girl that will love him. And maybe be able to help him and his family.
This was nice to see a little more of Leonard and meet the newest member of Mystic Bayou, here to help with families in a way Dr. Will's not able. Leonard and Charlotte seem like a nice couple. I'm loving the quick doubts but then talking it out as there is worry there. We all have worries and fears. That there's not a love triangle thing here, just people dealing with extraordinary circumstances and living through it.

Still quite charming, no huge plot developments, no major emotional upheavals - just a fluffy piece of romance in paranormal setting. But considering I don’t feel more than minor enjoyment, it’s 3.5/5⭐️
