I had mixed feelings as I read it but overall, it deserves 5*.

Part of my "Oh shit Captain America: Civil War is next week and I need to read the original" reading list. I haven't read any previous Avengers, but easily can see how this rocks the Marvelverse. (I have read quite a bit of the Uncanny X-Men, though, so I'm familiar with the Maximoffs and am looking forward to House of M)

Starting from here was rather odd on my part however I really wanted to read Wanda's (Scarlet witch's) arc. This is mind boggling, tragic and the start of a major event, from here to A VS X things go nuts. I loved it but it did feel rushed and short. The art is superb and really captures every shocking moment well.

As a standalone storyline, this isn't great. Sure, there is a lot of action, great art, and enough mystery to keep you reading. But in the end it feels rushed and there is no real conclusion. If you continue reading the stories after Disassembled toward House of M and Civil War, it shows the consequences of this storyline and in that perspective this is a great story. It makes it possible for future stories to be more dramatic and experimental. In that regard this is a great story: I enjoyed it just fine and it made room for future changes and improvements!

I really don't want to get addicted to marvel comics again, but its universe is just amazing

Not sure why Marvel thinks that good book has to be sad, but I liked this one, so I guess they were correct? I got this to read more about Scarlet Witch and now I have more questions than answers...
