This was probably one of the most unique books I'll ever read. Tova Bailey's careful observations of a wild snail from her bed are insightful, informative, and beautiful. There was a lot packed into this tiny book, and when trying to explain it to others I found myself struggling. However, I wish I'd been able to listen to an audiobook, or even sit down and finish it in one afternoon. Stretching my reading out over days made the book harder to get through, even boring, and I had to push myself to pick it up. Even so, I'd definitely recommend this little guide to snails and life!
