4,5 - liebe es, dass die charaktere alle so moralisch grau sind, guter plottwist, toller erzählstil mit den zeitsprüngen und unterschiedlichen povs, bissl in victor vale verliebt, die gruppe an outcasts einfach mega cute und eli ever war guter anti-bösewicht. toll.

This was GREAT. Thoroughly impressed. I’ve wanted to read a VE Schwab book for awhile now, and given all the hype she has surrounding this series, the shades of magic series, and, well, basically every one of her books I was so worried that I was going to be disappointed.
I most definitely wasnt.
Besides wanting a slightly better character development for some characters and a stronger ending, which I’m sure Vengeful (book 2) will remedy, there was nothing I would’ve changed about this book.
I am so, so excited to pick up a few more of her books this summer.
