After seeing this book referenced in The Will to Change by bell hooks and hearing a few YouTubers praise it, I was excited to read this. I feel that it didn't meet my expectations. There were some really worthwhile gems here and there. However, I didn't feel much of the book was relevant to me, since I'm not in a heterosexual relationship. I would be curious to see if the author has work on fathers and daughters.
