Found myself relatively engaged with this thriller. I initially didn’t care for Sophie’s POV, but it got much more entertaining as the book went on. Apart from Sophie (and even she is a stretch to say I liked her), none of the characters are good people or likable. The plot is very contrived, but I was still waiting to see how everything would pan out. I love the desperate housewives-esque vibe of the mums’ group, and was a little surprised to learn who the “real” villain of the story is.
