If someone made this into a film, I would be thrilled. It reads like a film. I loved it. Nanshe is a fantastic character, and the world is vividly described. It's America gone to apocalypse hell, and it's great. Big shout out to the queer characters, too; they were wonderful to encounter.

If you want a fast-paced dystopian Western-esque thriller, read this. If you don't, read it anyway. You'll enjoy it.

I dunno. I kept reading until the end, so in some ways I enjoyed it. I think I was mostly reading it as a distraction (which definitely worked). I can't give it a star rating.
