This was a good read. No huge plot twists, but it was a good book. I wanted there to be more at the end.

I don’t like to DNR books so I forced myself through after forming some early opinions. The plot twists and conclusion really didn’t do it for me. The book also liked to comment frequently about women’s weight with no attention paid to men’s appearance…. I kept waiting for the mother to get shot and it be like “oh that extra baby weight saved me!!!” but no it was just a plot point to ridicule her I suppose?
Really not for me. I’m sure there are people out there who enjoy this sort of thing. But to me the characters were one dimensional and not well conceived, and the plot and conclusion were underwhelming.
