The concluding chapter.. At least on the anime.. I'm surprised that there were few volumes left to read.. Maybe, those volumes were what I watched in OVA..

I think if I would have finished this series in high school like I originally intended… I would have been bawling my eyes out in the end. Being a jaded mid-thirty something now with more life experience, I’m happy for the ending but a bit disappointed that the main plot ended in typical shojo fashion. Yes, I always knew it was a shojo, but having such a unique and engaging plot line had me hoping for just a bit more. It was still a nice wrap up, and I’m looking forward to the follow-up volumes with new plot.

I really wish everything had ended right here. It was a good, satisfying ending that wrapped everything up and finally allowed our heroes (those who survived) to be happy. But for some reason, there are five more volumes. I guess because not every celestial warrior professed their undying love for Miaka yet...

Finally, the culmination of all the plot lines and all the love triangles and all the character development comes to a climax and the real world becomes the only world. It's great that Tamahome is in the real world now and gets to experience all of that with Miaka.

Can't stop crying, my heart broke a thousand times, it was perfect, well not at all but it kinda was, Yuu's drawing is astonishing! and her story is even better, a bit long but so good and intrinsically complex (sorry but I almost couldn't fine words to express this!) Finally I cried a lot! I love every Susaku's star, additionally I loved the fenix explanation, not everything was pink, which I also completely loved and now I'm just wondering what Yuu is giving us next .-.
