This is a super sweet bodyguard romance that is also childhood best friends to lovers, which is probably my favourite trope to read about. I really enjoyed the relationship development in this one and I really appreciated how the friends to lovers part of the book was done. The suspense plot in this book took over the romance a little too much for me, but I still found the romance in this one really lovely.
