I think I might just be too old to read stuff like this. I thought it was kind of boring overall but I understood where the author was trying to come from and how it could fit in with the day to day life of kids nowadays.

A great choice for readers aged 7yr and up. Lots of illustration break up the handwritten style text, so a good way to encourage less confident readers to have a go.
