Meh. My son liked it but I wasn't too impressed. Surprised how popular it is really. The cheese touch is amusing but I didn't find much else too entertaining
REALLY FUNNY! Best novel I've read in the "journal style"
This book is fine for what it is. TBH I enjoyed these books in middle school and it was interesting to re-read them all these years later. While there are some funny moments, there’s not much plot or depth to any of it, and Greg has literally zero character development, so it’s very meh overall. The movie is infinitely better in every way.
My 7 year old son loves this book and it really helped get him excited about reading in general this year.
Finally got around to reading this.... it was better than I expected.
