I wanted to like this so bad! The description was right up my alley. I was disappointed. It was very boring and dragged on. I did listen to it on audio so I have some issues that are audio specific/may be just in the audio version.

-The narrator ended every sentence on a downward inflection. I feel like this worsened the monotony of the already drawn-out writing
-The chapters were mostly 6hrs+ This is unnecessarily long as there are natural breaks in the story.
-The long chapters, the lack of auditory morkers to denote chapter change, and frequent point of view changes without any easy indication made this really hard to follow. Sometimes I would be listening for 20min until I realised we didnt just change scene, but also character POV.
