While it probably is a little over written, I do think it was a really good use of the novella format! The cast of characters are definitely the kind you either enjoy or absolutely hate, no invetween. I fell into the former camp, but I suspect it's because of the brevity. They would have been insufferable in a longer story. No scares for me. Very vividly written.

Nothing but Blackened Teeth is a taut ghost story about friends having a destination wedding in a haunted house in Japan. Their insanely bad idea quickly goes off the rails. It is entertaining, confusing, and kinda scary.
