Delightfully creepy. I read this on Hallowe'en night while my kids were out knocking on doors, and absolutely loved it. Quick, tight, tense, and frightening - everything I wanted it to be.

I really enjoyed this book, but I wish the author would have gone through more reviews and made it a bit longer. The idea and vibe for an AMAZING novel/novella is really there, but needs a bit more work. The imagery was great and I loved the Japanese folk lore included, but the characters and plot could use some depth.
