I found this to be a very interesting and informative book. The author’s thought process and investigative techniques were worth the read. However, I could do without the constant use of the word “I” and the self-congratulations on his successes.

I can see that I am in the minority here, but I have to be honest - I cannot read this book to the end. It feels, to me, to be a self aggrandizing vanity trip with a few interesting facts thrown in. It's too bad, I was really looking forward to reading this book. I assume the author has amazing stories to tell somewhere in there, but he can't seem to get over or around himself to get those stories out.
