Have yet to find a poet i love more, my bible, my rock, sometimes i feel a new emotion and im like, lets see what kahlil has to say about this, and hes always right

Absolutely beautiful.

This book was art in words. I'm basically speechless it was so so beautifully written and so poetic (which obviously its poetry). If someone asked me for life advice I would just hand them this book and tell them enjoy.
informative inspiring reflective

If you read nothing else, read this. It offers wise advice.

I listened to the audiobook despite owning a physical copy and I don’t regret it one bit. Definitely going to reread it again. Amazing.

classic, love it, keep it by the bed

I’d been wanting to read this for sometime. It reminds me of a cross between the Meditations of Marcus Aurelius and a Paulo Coelho book. Twenty eight or so reflections on a variety of subjects. Philosophy meets poetry as poetry. Deep and zen like.

Some great quotes:

Work is love made visible.

Joy and sorrow are inseparable.

Beauty is not a need but an ecstasy.

Beauty is life when life reveals her holy face.

Beauty is eternity gazing at itself in a mirror. But you are eternity and you are the mirror.

Is not religion all deeds and all reflection…

Your daily life is your temple and your religion.

Thought provoking poems.
