An EXCELLENT resource on all things kombucha, and certainly a book that can be used as a reference and should be owned. From exploring it's benefits, to sharing the recipe to kombucha, to even more uses for the drink and SCOBY, this has everything one can hope for. Don't read any other kombucha book, this one is the winner!

Kombucha, you sound delicious but I'm not a fan. Maybe I had a bad bottle, but I just think it's not for me. The thought of a drink I could make and enjoy at home sounded fun. Turns out, I just like sweet tea.
This book was full of all kinds of useful information about brewing your own. If you are interested in doing that, this is the book for you.

I have just started brewing my second batch of Kombucha and have found this book a very useful source of information. It not only contains recipes for brewing but also for cooking.

An absolutely incredible resource for kombucha-making that manages to be at the same time deeply in-depth and refreshingly accessible. I 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to start making kombucha and wants to do it while informed, safe, and inspired. You really dont need any other book than this

The first few chapters are dedicated to pseudoscience and spiritualist nonsense. After that, the book is a remarkably brisk, concise, and engaging guide to brewing, experimenting, and playing with kombucha. I suspect I will refer back to it over and over again, as long as I am brewing kombucha and perhaps beyond.

The tone of this book was not as inspiring or inclusive as Katz's writing, but it's very comprehensive if you want to know about kombucha specifically.
