Interesting premise. The book did a good job of setting up the conflict. I liked the artwork too.

This is a fun adventure graphic novel for elementary but I am also glad to be able to recommend it to some kids I have in mind. This past year, I had some of our special education teachers who were really interested in having students read comics thinking that they would be easier for them to read, but a lot of them are actually not that easy necessarily or have too mature of content. This will be a good option for this audience.

Cute but a bit too obvious, almost spooky but not at all scary. I wish there had been more of an effort to develop any characters outside of the kid and his mum.
