Out of all of the books this one has to be my least favourite- but that doesn’t mean it was bad. I loved returning to Squad 312! I read the rest of the series this year and I’m glad that I finished off my reading year with the final instalment.

I’m also happy no one died this time- my poor heart couldn’t take it.

The concept of this book is so sci-fi with the time travel aspect but it didn’t work for me because of the dual perspectives- I just ended up getting confused because I wasn’t sure where in time I was as it wasn’t very clearly stated when it jumped. However, splitting the crew up and having them all fight their own battles showed just how strong this band of misfits are.

They’re all great!

I enjoyed it- and I feel it was a good way to end the trilogy.
