I am giving it five stars b/c i am so excited for ignite me. All on its own it was 4 stars. I can't believe I didn't read it sooner...

It was okay. Some things had me like, 'uh, Adam, I don't like you', and others where I was like 'I get where you're coming from'.
Although with the way he was acting in book three, you'd think he'd be a bit more passionate about certain things.
That's just my opinion, though!

I do feel like this book was a drag to read, mainly because I have a strong dislike for Adam Kent.

I do feel like it gives us valuable insight on some of the characters, though, so I feel like it'd be a nice read if you want to understand Adam or James more. It also gives us scenes we don't see in Unravel Me.

I think Adam doesn’t know Juliette at all. Maybe he can see when she’s nervous or hiding something, but he truly doesn’t see her for the whole person she can be. I also think Adam doesn’t have a clue what romantic love is. He just wanted to hold onto something from his past. But he is a good older brother and a fine soldier!
