I enjoyed the main characters in this book and their love story. Most of the book is set in a restaurant, as a previous server I enjoyed it. The ending was predictable which is why I give it 3 stars.

The characters weren't compelling enough here.

DNF.

I don't know remember ever reading such a selfish, immature main character. I had such high hopes that this would be a warm foodie read but was mostly frustrated most of the time. I'm familiar with the deep, dramatic stories this author writes. I hadn't heard of this book before and I think I know why now.

touching, sad. Grabs your interest and doesn't let go.

As always, Elin Hilderbrand drew me in from the very beginning. I was captivated by Adrienne’s story and loved the characters. I rated it 3 stars because I felt like it just finished with too many loose ends. What happened with Dr. Don’s wedding? Where will Adrienne and Thatcher’s relationship take them? Will they stay on Nantucket?
