I mean, it’s a light read and can keep you occupied if you don’t wanna read something gut wrenching souls crushing but I hated the fact Sophia considers herself the queen and strong and supported and everything when literally no one liked her besides her maid. Like where does the support for her being an heir come (besides them wanting to stop the sacrifice). That’s not reason enough to want to put her on the throne but a reason to save her in general. That just didn’t make sense to me.
