What amazing women!
My husband introduced me to WWE, and I was so fascinated by the "divas" as they were then called that when Total Divas came out, it was a must watch for me.
The women on that show, were incredible and The Bellas became my firm favourites in the Women's Division.
Learning about their lives and how they got into WWE was amazing and I admire them even more with the stories they have retold.
This is a must read for any fan or just an inspiring read for any aspiring business women too. They are incredible and truly a force to be reckoned with. ❤️

I really enjoyed this book. I adore the Bella twins and I'm thankful that this was so open. Their experiences, lessons learned and struggles all on display, showing me, and hopefully so many other readers, that we are in control of life, no matter how we started.

This was a great book. It was interesting listening to all the stuff they've gone through in their lives.
My only complaint is that it was very choppy. Sometimes they would be talking about one thing and then the next the whole subject was changed.

I’m not a huge wrestling fan but I have watched the Bella Twins on their various reality shows. I also listen to their podcast a lot so I’ve heard a lot about their book. The personal stories they shared were sometimes heartbreaking. Overall it was an okay book. I wish the format had been a little different. It was hard to deal with the shifting points of view from the sisters being every other paragraph (or so it seemed sometimes).
If you are a fan of the Bella Twins then it’s worth checking out at least.

Well I finished one celebrity autobiography and then just picked up another! This was another solid autobiography imo. I follow the Bella sisters from their reality TV shows, "Total Divas" and "Total Bellas." I don't think, like most other celebrity autobiographies, that anyone who is not already a fan would be interested in this book. But, for those who know who the authors are this book actually revealed much that had not been previously publicly known. I applaud the authors for being open and vulnerable with traumatic experiences. I especially appreciated what they wrote about women unapologetically embracing their power, femininity, and sexuality. A quick read but it did have its impactful moments. Solid!

I don’t often read non-fiction books. Life as a Black gay man is eventful enough. Fiction has been a means of escapism for me. However, I love wrestling…women’s wrestling in particular. Among the women I love include Brie & Nikki Bella. Their memoir encompasses their upbringing, their break into wrestling, and the lives they lived. I enjoyed getting a behind the scenes glimpse into the wrestling world and the vulnerability they both shared about heartbreaking moments in their lives. But while there was heartbreak, they also shared a message of empowerment. The thing that keeps this from being a 5-star read (and possibly because of my unfamiliarity with memoir) is how much it flip flops through time and theme. I personally would’ve loved to see all the wrestling related content closer together than to hop back and forth between childhood to wrestling to waitressing to relationships. It also felt very stream of consciousness to me. Whatever memory popped up when they were talking is what was written. All in all this was a good read and I recommend it. You’ll gain a whole new respect for Brie Mode and Fearless Nikki!
