This was my favorite of the series thus far. It had a nice steady pace and left off in a place that wasn't maddening but just enough to want more.

So this was ok and it was in line with the rest of the series so far but I am already over the romantic melodrama and that is going to continue in the next book. The mystery/action isn't enough of an incentive to make me deal with the melodrama so, far now, I'm going to step back from this series. I might pick it up again at another date but right now I need a break from Alex and her issues.

I REALLY enjoy this series and became so enthralled with the story that I didn't even go to bed! We continue to see Alex Craft's progression in the world of the dead and see some sweet scenes between her and the fellas.

aaaaagh. it so sucked to be Alex in this book, but it was goood. the ending made me say "for fuck's sake" out loud. minus a star for love triangle which is the only part I don't like about this series!

love this series - Death such a babe

I really like Roy's character although I think he gets ignored too much. Hurrah for Mrs B!

I loved this one!!! Falin has such an interesting role. But seriously Alex, move on. He is kind of bound, yeah? And the whole ghoul thing was... freaky. And Death. ::sigh:: He is awesome. I love him. He is sexy, he risks all kinds of things for Alex, including his own soul. He just rocks. And they finally have more than a few awkward glances at each other! There was so much growth in this book, world building was there, I feel like I can tell that KP is getting better with each book.

Looking forward to the next one.
