Oh lord, what a book!!

THIS freaking book?! It’s SO good🥹🥹
The three weeks I spent reading on this book was nothing but amazing. Anna really has a great way with words🤌🤌

First of all, I love the writing and the story is so good even tho it’s different! (in an amazing way ofc 🤌🤌)

This book (and the whole serie) is such a rollercoaster, it’s emotional damage and has the absolute BEST plot twists!

Anna Todd is SO good at plot twists, I got so freaking surprised by most of them, my face expressions were like this😱😯 I can tell you that I did the famous mouth slap so many times during this book, especially through all of the twists but also when it comes to the spice🔥🔥

I never thought that Steph would betray Tessa like that. I got so angry at her I started to cry, like literally, she got me so pissed off!! I didn’t think that Steph lyed to Tessa for the entire time of their “friendship”. I knew she wasn’t the best person for Tessa to hang out with but I didn’t think she would go that far.
And then there’s the twist at the end

The characters are so well described and I feel so connected to so many of them. I love Landon, Karen and Kim. I’m not sure wether I love or hate Hardin, probably both, but I am really proud over him for trying so hard. Tessa is a little too forgiving but I still love her. Tessa and Hardin probably has one of the most toxic relationship in history of book pairs but still, I cannot not ship them with each other. They have so much chemistry 👩‍🍳🤌

This book made me feel so much and so strongly, I felt happy and angry and everything in between. It even made me cry out of anger🙈🙈
I love that a book can make me feel this much while reading, a book that makes me feel as much this book made me feel is most likely a five star from me💫💫

The only words I could say in the end was “oh my god” other than that, I was totally speechless.

I read this book series twice in my life: Once as a One-Direction-obsessed preteen and then again when the After movie came out and I wanted to remember what the original book series was like. I read them on Wattpad, so I'm talking ORIGINAL original (mainly because I would not spend my money on this trash). I have a million and one reasons why I don't like this book series, but I don't want to go through them all right now or this would be a very long review.

I reread this series purely for the nostalgia, and I did not enjoy most of it. Yes, at times the characters were loveable and the storylines were interesting. But the series is riddled with bad writing, odd pacing, plot holes, repetitive storylines, etc. It's really not worth reading.

I went into this book, hoping that it would be a little more light than the last, and I was so wrong. I thought it started off promising the toxic character seemed to be taking a break and then it just went further and further and further into what can only be described as a mess. There are many trigger warnings I wish I knew prior because they really were intense. However, if I put all that aside I still just didn't like the book as a whole. there were some enjoyable characters, I liked Trevor, Zed, Kimberley, and even Richard. I think although Richard's story is a sad one that I think the representation is needed for that topic. But I overall began to really dislike the writing and the main characters. for instance, there are a lot of references to other women in the book, but they are always put down as less than Tessa (heroine) that i just thought was patronizing and distasteful. overall i didn't hate the book, i just didnt enjoy it and wouldn't recomment

This was way better than books one and two. While the toxic relationship between Tessa and Hardin is still super infuriating, it seems like there truly is hope for change.
