Not my favorite Mary Downing Hahn. It had a spooky atmosphere in the abandoned carnival but other than that I wasn't impressed.

This is that kind of fast read books thar you can read in one seating specially once you get to the chaoters where the adventure begins. Its not a heavy mystery book and lowkey have that typical mystery adventure book vibes when the main characters are kids.
Most part the "clues" are already laid out but there's stull some twist in.
Overall I did enjoy reading it, gives me some frustration when Logan's mother forced him and his dad to pretend and made me think if Nina is a bad character.
