The Christmas Fix

My thoughts: A near perfect Christmas Enemies to Lovers novel! The start of this book was quite slow with a lot of character build up and not a lot of action - however once we had overcome that slight hump I was invested and after chapter 19 I couldn’t put it down!

Cat came across as slightly arrogant and self-purposed at the start; and Noah came across and a melancholic pessimist - however I definitely rushed my opinion on both of them; they both had such loveable personality traits and they completely brought the light out of one another.

This novel, like many of Lucy’s, this had the perfect amount of sassiness, cheekiness and charm. Another win for the queen that is @scorelucy

Swoon Worthy

Not gonna lie, it took me a bit longer to get into this book than Mr. Fixer Upper. But once I sat down away from distractions, I was immediately in love with Noah and Cat. From the sizzling chemistry to super steamy scenes, this book knocks it out of the park. The inscription on Cat's gift to the town brought tears to my eyes.

A feel good, hallmark movie, enemies-to-lovers holiday story. It’s as cheesy as you think.

DNF at 20%. I’ve really enjoyed her other books but this was a flop for me. IK this is an older book but the constant diet and body talk was tewwww much✌

Slow to start then amped up at the end. Reminds me of a spicy hallmark movie.

Def a Lucy Score book in length (a little long) but loved the renovation tv show storyline and helping a town recover. The flirting and banter between Noah & Cat was soooo good.
