Physical Copy Specific Notes: To be added once I finish it (so far though it's extremely easy to read while still being highly informative).
Audiobook Specific Notes: It's basically an eight hour version of the videos in a lot of ways, so if you're like me and put How to ADHD videos on as background noise sometimes, this is definitely the audiobook for you.

Moderate: Ableism, Panic attacks/disorders, Mental illness, and Eating disorder
Minor: Miscarriage and Bullying
The miscarriage mention is brief, but comes in a segment that heavily discusses other emotional issues the author was going through at the time, so it might still hit hard. The chapter "How to Make ADHD Harder" also touches on intersectionality and how things such as racism can compound on the abelism people with ADHD face, but all mentions are brief and non-graphic. All medical content is in the context of scientific explanations. There is also discussing of drowning that is given a content warning in-book.ellanarose's review against another edition
