This is the second ADHD book I've read this month. Unlike the first one, I feel very seen by this book. It's engaging, practical, emotional, and fun. I want to share it with friends who might have ADHD. I want to make my neurotypical friends read it so they understand me better. I want to read it again because there are things I'm sure I missed and things I probably need to great again. 10/10.

As a fan of her YouTube channel, I can't believe I'm DNFing this audiobook. Her vocal fry, while unnoticeable in her videos, is gratingly obvious in this narration, and I can't continue. I wish I could say I will buy the print version instead, but I know what I'm like with printed versions of books: ADHD gonna ADHD.

Brought home too many books. Have a hold on this through Libby.
