A very quick read! I’ve seen the movie but as always, the book was better. The love story was something really special and I haven’t come across a lot of books that explore relationships between people enlisted at home. I loved that it touched on so many things - death, cancer, autism, Asperger’s, long distance relationships, PTSD etc. I wish the ending was what I had hoped for but it was also nice to read a different kind of happy ending.
