He vivido en mi cuerpo todo lo que pasaba en este libro, para bien o para mal. Qué historia más adictiva y bien contada.
A slight step down from the first three books, but still good. Lester is still his care-free, anarchic self, and right near the end he even started to remind me of his self in Interview, which is a welcome return from the viewpoint of someone who enjoys a character who isn’t always morally upright. The villain is very interesting to me, though he isn't the most complex of creatures. A good read, if slightly inferior to its predecessors.
Plot Summary:
Lestat knowingly gives everything he has to a Nigerian prince.
His friends answer his consequent pleas for help with "Idiot. I told you so." and *religion.*
Everyone is terrible. (Except David. Hooray for David.)
Isn't being a vampire just the ~*~best~*~ though?
The End.
PS - Mayfair Witches easter eggs

there were way to many moments in this book (or in this series for that matter) when i couldn't help but say, "WHY ANNE RICE" or "ANNE NOOOO"
reading this series has been an interesting experience, but there have been times when i just wanted to put it down and question anne rice for some of her writing decisions. that happened quite a lot of times when i was reading this book.
i was especially uncomfortable with lestat. i get that these characters are evil and they can be very despicable, but it doesn't make it less uncomfortable to read such scenes.
will i keep reading the series? yes. i am too invested in the tv show and i don't want to miss easter eggs in upcoming seasons. but yeah it IS true that there are many unpalatable elements in the book series. best believe anne is looking up at me in disapproval while i write this review
