BORACITY UP IN HERE! It was nice seeing a view of the boys history from their point of view. I can’t wait for my own copy to be in my hands so I can annotate the hell of this

Absolute perfection.
I love these boys so much. They’ve been through so much to get to where they are now and I’m just so thankful to have them in my life.

The book is interesting and cool at times. But it is way too long. I loved learning about BTS and everything the members have gone through. I didn't know how much bullying they dealt with, especially at the beginning of their career.

I love BTS and so of course I loved this, savored it even. I loved how they included QR codes to go and watch the performances/MVs/etc mentioned and the book was peppered with quotes from the members about their experiences (the highs and lows). It’s a fine line of appreciating the fans and the industry for their success but also knowing it’s the reason for their loneliness.
BUT, despite the “leniency” BTS has among other k-pop groups, they’re still a k-pop group, so everything has a bit of a shine to it. There are moments left out or glossed over, and they’re careful to include just enough angst to hide any real truths.
This is a great history of the group and as a fan, very enjoyable to read, but if you’re looking for any drama or a true behind the scenes, this isn’t it. This is BTS from the perspective of the label, not the members themselves.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because it’s BTS and I truly enjoyed reading this and getting in the nostalgia feels (and also pretending I was ARMY in the early days)
