An insightful and deeply inspiring read as well as a very functional guide through BTS’s “chapter 1” years and discography. The members’ personalities and individual voices really shine through and I think this is a brilliant read for anyone wanting to study up on BTS’s history as well as those just beginning to know them.

This book isn't really for armys because there isn't anything in this book you already didn't know or were there for... some events are missing a lot of context (re: break wings project), but nonetheless I do think if you don't know anything about BTS or just a vague idea of them, then this book does a pretty okay job of summarizing their career...
Personally, I liked how the book was formatted to make the reader really feel like they are with bts each comeback with all the QR codes.
Not the biggest fan of how bang sihyuk was written, hybe's creation, or the fact that tannies are whitewashed af on the cover but 🤷♀️

I adore this book. I had so much fun reading it and it was such a unique experience with also having all the QR codes that linked to videos and articles throughout which the book was referencing at the time. So amazing to read from the start of BTS all the way to them being world famous idols. I loved the amount of quotes from the members and loved getting to see more into how they were feeling and what they were thinking throughout all these years. I learned a lot from reading this, and of the many struggles BTS had to go through along the way in particular. This book is definitely going into my top 10 faves of all time list.
BTS’s hard work and dedication is always astounding to me and only became more so after reading this book. They are so popular for a reason, they truly deserve all the accolades and more. They have risen so far in honestly a short amount of time and continue to be so beloved, it’s truly amazing. I can’t wait to see what they hold in store as they are released from the army and all together again soon- “the best moment is yet to come.”
