While it did have a lot of fairly annoying cliches, I thought overall the book was solid and I really liked Wallachs writing style a lot
I loved the cover of this book a tremendous amount and some of the language and philosophy and characterization was very beautiful, but I ultimately just wanted more from it. The switching perspectives/timelines in chapters was sometimes difficult to understand and I was left dissatisfied with much of the last 2 sections of the book.
I loved the premise of this book but I found myself rolling my eyes throughout. In this very YA book, I did find philosophical moments but also over explanation and things were drug out too much.
By the end, it had gone too far for me… kidnappings, murders, and almost rape?!?

excellent read, loveable cast of characters who intersect perfectly. relationships feel real and authentic, although the plot is a stretch at times. i have a love hate relationship with the ending, part of me wishes the author explicitly indicated the fate of the characters, but i like the ambiguity .

It was a really good read. Pulled at a lot of emotions. Their were some characters that challenged their stereotypes. I was extremely surprised at how the author chose to end it. But over all I’m glad I read it. Nd I hope to see some sort of companion book or sequel.

This was a cute, quick read. I don't read a lot of YA Fiction, and this was a breath of fresh air. I wish there was a little more resolution at the end, but I understand why there wasn't. Overall, I'd recommend it.
