Really loved this book!

I do love how the author ties in the main character for the next book into the current one (cant wait for the next one!), and it was the same here.

The story is about Greed and his love interest Varya who is a thief (with a golden heart). There is great tension between them, she is really hesitant to give in to her desires where he is all cocky and self-assured, until he also starts to change (like his brother before him). So a great kinda-enemies to lovers, lots of build-up, and a LOT of smut. They do it every which way you can imagine, and while that is great initially, it got a bit repetitive in the last third of the book. I found myself getting a little bit bored with the incessant sex scenes (cant believe I said that!), but it was a case of "too much of a good thing". Same goes for the instances of Varya running off - I think a teensy bit more editing would have been great here, the pacing feels slightly off before it picks up again towards the end.

Will give extra points for witty, sexy banter, a bunch of actually-LOLing moments, great sexual tension, and some scenes that really made me physically react (not talking about the spice) and were really impactful. Great writing!

Overall excellent showing! Didn't love it *quite* as much as Lust's story, but it did deliver! And it did a fantastic job of teasing Gluttony, and I cannot WAIT to read about him.
